Data Collection: The only information collected is your entered name and game score for the leaderboard. Nothing more.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and playing "The Tokenizer: Rise of the Ledgers" (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Abuse the Game: Exploit bugs, use cheats, modify game files, or engage in any activity that disrupts the game experience
Submit Harmful Content: Use offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate names in the leaderboard
Violate Laws: Use the game for any illegal purpose
Infringe Rights: Violate intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
Spam or Harass: Submit spam, malicious content, or harass other players

3. Leaderboard Conduct

LEADERBOARD RULES:

Do not publish harmful, offensive, or inappropriate names
Do not use profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory language
Do not impersonate others or use personal information without consent
Do not submit spam or malicious content

We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entry that violates these rules. Repeated violations may result in permanent ban from the leaderboard and game.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in this game, including but not limited to:

Graphics, images, and visual assets
Music and sound effects
Code and software
Game design and mechanics
Text and written content

...is the property of the game creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the game will be:

Uninterrupted or error-free
Secure or free from viruses
Available at all times
